Humberto Robinson was a former Professional baseball player in the Major League Baseball who hails from Colon, Panama. Robinson pitched for a few teams in the major leagues; the Milwaukee Braves , the Cleveland Indians and the Philadelphia Phillies. Before Robinson was able to make his debut in the major leagues, Robinson made a record in the South Atlantic League in 1954 with over 23 wins. According to one sports review, Robinson was rumored that he received a 1,500 U. S. dollar offer to throw off a game in 1959. Robinson was listed at 6 ft. 1 in. and 155 lbs. Robinson threw and batted right handed. He was able to make a history as a first Panamanian-born to play in the major leagues. Robinson made his professional debut in the Major League Baseball with the Milwaukee Braves on April 20, 1955. After playing for four seasons with the Braves, Robinson joined the Cleveland Indians in 1959 where he played for one season. After which he joined the Philadelphia Phillies where he played for two seasons from 1959 up to 1960. His final game with the Phillies was on July 24, 1960.
