Workman then went on to play for the Topeka Sizzlers of the Continental Basketball Association. Workman was then signed by the Washington Bullets the following season and played with the team until 1991. Workman then joined the Pacers in 1993 and played for three years before signing with the Bucks until 2000. Workman last played for the Raptors for the 2000 seasons.
