Eric Riley is a former professional basketball player who hails from Cleveland, Ohio. He was a star player at St. Joseph High School where he set records and moved up to University of Michigan where he had his college basketball career. In the said university, he also scored top numbers in terms of points and blocks, as well as with rebound. He recorded the highest number of rebounds made in his second year at the team. He started his career in the National Basketball Association as a second rounds pick of the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA Draft of the 1993 season. He had a total of five seasons in the National Basketball Association playing for a several teams which include the Houston Rockets which he joined after his stint with the Dallas Mavericks. He also had a stint with the Los Angeles Clippers and the Minnesota Timberwolves . His last games in the said league were for the Boston Celtics. He was part of the Houston Rockets' first victory in the league. He ended his professional basketball career in the 1993 season.
